3. Deposits and Advance Payments

Acrd Projects may require a deposit or advance payment before work begins.

Work may not commence until the required payment has been received.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid within the payment period stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Cancellation before work has started and before materials have been ordered;
  • Situations where Acrd Projects determines a refund is appropriate.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Non-Refundable Costs

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed labor or services;
  • Ordered or custom materials;
  • Administrative and consultation fees;
  • Costs already incurred for the project.

7. Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after approval or after work has started, Acrd Projects reserves the right to charge for:

  • Work completed up to the cancellation date;
  • Purchased materials;
  • Time reserved or allocated for the project;
  • Reasonable administrative and cancellation costs.

8. Disputed Payments

If you believe an invoice contains an error, you must contact us promptly with details of the dispute.

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve payment disputes in good faith before pursuing legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acrd Projects shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to payments, refunds, delays, or project cancellations.

10. Governing Law

These Refund & Payment Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.
