These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Acrd Projects (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Acrd Projects provides construction, renovation, project management, and related services as agreed upon with clients through quotations, contracts, or written communication.

The scope of services will be defined individually for each project.

3. Quotations and Agreements

All quotations provided by Acrd Projects are non-binding unless otherwise stated.

A project agreement becomes effective once:

• The client accepts a quotation or proposal; and/or
• Work has commenced upon the client’s request.

Any additional work requested outside the original scope may result in additional charges.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are stated in EUR unless otherwise specified.

Invoices must be paid within the timeframe indicated on the invoice.

In case of late payment:

• Interest and recovery costs may be charged in accordance with Belgian law;
• We reserve the right to suspend ongoing work until outstanding amounts are paid.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information relevant to the project;
• Ensure access to the worksite when required;
• Obtain any permits or approvals unless otherwise agreed;
• Cooperate reasonably throughout the project.

Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and costs.

6. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may vary due to:

• Weather conditions;
• Material availability;
• Client-requested changes;
• Unexpected technical issues;
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

7. Warranty and Liability

We perform our services with reasonable care and professional standards.

Any defects or issues must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided;
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

8. Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has commenced or materials have been ordered, Acrd Projects reserves the right to charge for:

• Completed work;
• Ordered materials;
• Administrative and cancellation costs.

9. Intellectual Property

Any designs, plans, documents, photographs, or materials created by Acrd Projects remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations.

11. Force Majeure

Acrd Projects shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supplier failures, government restrictions, or technical disruptions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgium.
