2. Warranty Coverage

Acrd Projects warrants that all work performed will be completed:

• In a professional and workmanlike manner;
• Using reasonable care and industry standards;
• In accordance with agreed project specifications.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our workmanship warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the completion date of the project.

3. What Is Covered

This warranty may cover:

• Defects resulting directly from workmanship;
• Installation errors;
• Faults caused by improper execution of agreed services.

If a valid warranty claim is confirmed, Acrd Projects may, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective work;
• Replace defective components;
• Provide an alternative reasonable solution.

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear;
• Cosmetic deterioration over time;
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance;
• Damage caused by third parties or unauthorized modifications;
• Structural issues not related to our work;
• Water damage, weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events;
• Materials supplied by the client;
• Manufacturer defects covered under separate manufacturer warranties.

5. Client Responsibilities

To maintain warranty coverage, the client must:

• Properly maintain the completed work;
• Follow any care or maintenance instructions provided;
• Notify Acrd Projects promptly after discovering an issue;
• Allow reasonable access for inspection and repair.

Failure to properly maintain the work may void the warranty.

6. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, the client must contact us with:

• A description of the issue;
• Photos or supporting documentation where possible;
• The project address and completion date.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Warranty coverage applies only to the original client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Legal Rights

This Warranty Policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights provided under Belgian law.

9. Governing Law

This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of Belgium and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.
